Most the morning was spent inside since it was still snowing like crazy and windier than ever. Snuggled on the couch as we both worked on things (studying for I, and websites for Ryan). Finally midday we ventured out to discover just how deep the snow was. Snapped a few pictures as well (like always, click on photos for larger view).

As pretty as our willow tree is, it's a mess to clean with all the branches |

Struggling to make it through. |
As for now, I’m taking a mini-break from school work, relaxing and waiting for homemade tortilla soup to simmer a bit longer. I sure hope that you’re all staying warm and maybe lucky enough to enjoy a snow day too.
Did anyone have a snow day today? Any crazy weather hit you or heading your way?
Dang, that snow is SO DEEP! We are buried in ice in Indy. I don't know what is worse.
ReplyDeleteICEZILLA and SNOWZILLA came and they were NOT invited. I have been off for the last two days, but going to work in the morning, blah!
Have fun during your snow days, I love them :)

ReplyDeleteYou know, when I looked out in the morning it didn't seem so bad, but as the day progressed and wind picked up it just got worse and worse! It really is gorgeous out with all the snow though.
You guys did get hit with so much ice. I'd take the snow over ice any day. I sure hope you didn't lose power. Drive safe!
